The Agency Context
Secure Building Council needed a more modern and professional website that clearly communicated their mission in the global building security space. Designer Olivia Fong led the visual direction while we handled the Webflow development, ensuring the new site was structured in a way that their internal team could manage content independently.
The Delivery Challenge
The previous site was built on Wix and had become difficult to maintain and expand. The new platform needed to support structured content for events, partners, resources, and team members while simplifying the overall information architecture. In addition, forms needed to integrate cleanly with HubSpot to support ongoing outreach and communication.
The Approach
We began by planning the CMS architecture before development started, ensuring collections matched the organization’s real content needs. Development followed a steady review cycle to keep feedback organized, and launch planning included coordinating hosting and DNS to ensure a smooth transition from the previous platform.
The Outcome
The organization successfully transitioned from Wix to Webflow with a fully structured CMS supporting events, partners, and resources. The internal team can now confidently manage the site themselves, allowing them to publish updates and promote events without relying on a developer.
