The Agency Context

Klimt & Design led a full brand refresh and website redesign for ClarityPay, a fintech company serving merchants across the U.S. Because they operate in a regulated financial space, the new site needed to feel clear, trustworthy, and easy to understand without oversimplifying the product. We worked alongside Klimt’s design team and ClarityPay’s marketing team to build the new Webflow site and manage the migration from their existing platform carefully and methodically.

The Delivery Challenge

The project required migrating the existing site without disrupting traffic, marketing activity, or ongoing campaigns. The new build also needed to support a flexible CMS structure for statistics, testimonials, FAQs, legal content, and marketing updates, while integrating HubSpot and handling video embeds without compromising performance. Because of the regulated environment, launch stability and documentation management were critical.

The Approach

Before development began, we aligned on scope and mapped out a CMS structure based on how ClarityPay’s marketing team would actually maintain the site. Structured review cycles kept feedback organized and easy to implement, while direct collaboration with the internal team ensured all integrations and legal content were handled correctly. The migration and DNS switch were carefully coordinated to ensure a controlled and uneventful launch.

The Outcome

The site launched smoothly with no disruption to existing traffic or marketing activity. ClarityPay’s team now manages updates internally through a flexible CMS structure, while HubSpot integration supports ongoing marketing workflows. The result is a scalable Webflow site that reflects the refreshed brand and supports future growth.
